Facility maintenance

Software for facility maintenance contractors

Many clients, many sites, every one with its own rules. Clipboard Zero keeps the work orders, photos, signatures and invoices for every site in one place, and the AI drafts the invoices for your office to approve.

Built for multi-site work

1

Every site, every open job

Clients have their sites under them, each with its address. The Jobs page shows every open job by site and what it's waiting on, and the office's To review list holds every finished visit until it's billed.

The Jobs page on the To review tab: one row per job with what's wrong, Draft ready badges and when it was finished.
Every finished job, waiting on the office
2

Their numbers, their rules

Each client can have its own labor rates, markup, trip charge and billing rules, its own work order numbers, and a not-to-exceed amount on the job. Clients on ServiceChannel or CorrigoPro keep their portal. How that works →

3

Proof of the work

Before and after photos land on the job they belong to, with the address and the crew. Require them on every job if your clients ask for them. Find any site's photos in seconds.

The Photos page: each job's before and after photos under the customer's name, address and crew.
Every job's photos, by job

Invoices without the typing

The tech snaps the receipt and writes what they did. The AI reads both, works out what was used on that job and drafts the invoice, priced from your own price book, never made up. Each line shows where its price came from, like "cost $3.49 + 30%". Nothing goes out until your office approves it. How AI invoicing works →

An invoice the AI drafted from a ticket: labor, a price-list part and receipt items at cost plus markup, with Approve and send to client.
Drafted from the ticket; the office approves

What switching looks like

Most of it is done for you.

  1. Tell me how you work. Your trades, your crew size, what you bill and how. You get an exact price.
  2. Your server is set up. Your company gets its own web address and logins, and your existing customer list can be loaded in for you.
  3. Your techs open a link. It works on any iPhone or Android and goes on the home screen like any other app.
  4. A short training call for the office, and the quick guide for everyone.
